Are you fancy? List the places you’ve been featured here.

Main Benefits/show them that you understand their problem by either clearly describing the problem OR painting the picture of the solution they want.

This section can be as long as you want it to be, or you can make this one clear, punchy line of the main benefit, and then add another section below that speaks right to your ideal customer. You can use pull questions or tell a descriptive, vibrant story. Use “you” statements. Paint the picture. Use “feeling” words. If you’ve written a story of what your ideal customer is going through, consider putting that here. The point is for them to read this and instantly feel like you “get” them because you’ve so clearly explained what they’re going through. Maybe even better than they could describe it themselves.

Need a script? Consider the section below.

You’re a [kind of person they are, job they have, characteristic of theirs] and you want [their goal].

But
[the thing that’s keeping them from getting their goal]
is in the way.
(Use feeling words to remind them of their pain if you can.)

What if you could have
[insert the Big Dream with all the things]?

(It’s possible. I can help. That’s what I designed this course to do. That’s why I do what I do.)

Add more of your story (optional)

This section is optional and you don’t always need it, but if your program is high-ticket, consider including it. We’re going to need to get granular, though.

Look at the section above. What did you put for [the thing that’s keeping them from getting their goal]? Usually, there’s one big thing that’s keeping people from getting what they want, and often, that big reason is directly tied to why/how you started your work in the first place. This is where you tell that story.

How did you get your start? What’s your story? What’s your bigger Why? What’s the bigger lesson you’ve learned from your work? What’s the one thing you really wish people knew about the problem their having? What did you wish you could just tell everyone? How did you learn that? That’s the story for this section.

Hi! I’m (name) and I’ve been where you are.

Briefly describe who you are and why you do your work. Be clear and passionate. Try not to start this section with how many years you’ve been in business. Start with your WHY. Tell a story that relates to the product/program of this page. Briefly state the problem you solve, or how people change after working with you. (The pics to the right should be of you.)

You can finish with a clear declaration of what you do now, or a statement about how you’ve helped (this number of people) from (this kind of problem) to (this result) without (some of the struggles above) that come along with (the Big Dream).

Is there something really unique about your program? Do you need to educate your ideal customers on it so they understand this new thing you’re offering? Consider writing a short sentence or two about that here.

If you don’t do the section above, this might be a good place to list out the main features of your product/ program (e.g., recordings, workbooks, group, et cetera). You’ll go into more detail below.

What You’ll Learn/Get:

Module/Section/ Chapter 1:

By now, you’ve established what this thing is, why they should care about it (benefits), and who you are to even be promising all this (authority).

Now, it’s time to tell them how it works. This will help them see that it’s really possible to make the changes they want to make. Be concrete and specific. Give them an idea of what to expect.

For each module, section, etc. describe what they’ll learn/experience, and a little about how they’ll learn it (e.g. audios, workbooks, et cetera).

Duplicate this section as many times as you need.

FAQ

(Time to deal with objections. There will surely be some that are specific to your industry, but I’ve started you off with a few common ones below. As with the rest of this page, you can’t have too many of these. If there are any objections you’ve heard more than once about signing up for your program, list them here. It’s also totally okay to answer questions you’ve already addressed in the copy above, e.g. How is the course content delivered? Who is this for?)

  • I wouldn’t necessarily put this objection first, but it will surely come up and it’s something you need to address. What’s the benefit to them if the program/product solves their problem? Is that worth the price? Make the comparison. If there’s another solution out there that would cost more money, make that comparison.

  • This is another super common objection. Make sure you have something in your course that addresses this.

  • You have undoubtedly addressed this multiple times above, but that’s okay. Do it again. Describe who will get the most out of it, or describe the wrong people for it.

  • You will likely address this in your Call to Action sections and your cart page, but list it here, too.

  • Upsell opportunity! If they want more help from you, clearly describe how they can get it and offer a link.
